With over 45 unique, trendy, and gourmet trucks ranging from BBQ to lobster to dessert waffles, there will be a variety of eats for everyone to enjoy.

Here’s a small taste of what you can expect at the festival:

King of Fire Pizza

Chef Siler Chapman is a rising star in the pizza world. As a three-time world pizza champion, Chapman lives up to his title of The King of Fire. He’s been on the Food Network, The Ellen DeGeneres Show, The Steve Harvey Show, Good Morning America, and next he’s going to be at the 7th Annual Food Truck and Craft Beer Festival ready to serve up some freshly crafted pizza goodness.

King of Fire Pizza has been family operated since 2001 and will impress pizza lovers with a savory selection of wood-fired pizzas. With basics like cheese and pepperoni to more tailored offerings like the New Yorker, the Excalibur, the New Haven Lou, the Hawaii 5-0, and the Chicken BBQ, you’ll have to try the King of Fire Pizza for yourself to get a slice of the hype.

The Donut Shack

It isn’t a food truck festival without mouthwatering desserts. The Donut Shack is bringing both great donuts and a multi-decade spanning dream to bring hot and fresh mini donuts to the Carolinas.

For Dawn and Duane Hunt, it all started when they discovered a Lil’ Orbits donut machine at the Charlotte Motor Speedway over ten years ago. According to The Donut Shack website, they were fascinated by the machine’s ability to make donuts and observed the donut creation process for twenty minutes. After witnessing donuts in the making, Dawn and Duane left with a new dream to share the joy of mini donuts with the world by starting their own mini donut concession stand.

As the years went on, the thought of owning a Lil’ Orbits donut machine stayed fresh in their minds and finally fate aligned in order to make their dream a reality in 2021.

Dawn and Duane Hunt will be bringing their passion for mini donuts to the 7th Annual South Carolina Food Truck and Craft Beer Festival with help from their new truck, The Donut Shack.

The festival will have both local favorites like Steel Hands Brewing, Swamp Cabbage Brewing Company, Wild Leap Sour Lemonade, Bold Rock, Columbia Craft Brewing Company and national brands like Michelob Ultra and Budweiser.

If you plan on enjoying some drinks, make sure not to miss our specialty packages online. Save money by ordering the Beer Lover’s Package, which includes three drinks and water, or if you plan on drinking some more, you’ll want to order a Beer 6-Package in advance!
