2020 Food Truck & Craft Beer Festivals in America

Updated: Feb 11, 2020

With the holidays coming fast, the little elves here at Food Truck Festivals of America have put the finishing touches on the 2020 festival season. It’s always a challenging time for us as there’s a lot to do to make a festival schedule reality -- we want to build on the year previous, add new excitement to our festivals, try to locate new markets and lock in the markets we know and love. We will inevitably add a couple of markets in the fall to this schedule, but we are excited to unveil the markets we’ve committed to.

What we learned from 2019 is that sometimes a one day festival is one day too little. So we are launching two-day festivals this year in Panama City Beach, FL, Albuquerque, NM, Newport, RI and Salem, MA. Being in a market for two days allows us to spread out the food and the fun so you can experience a better festival with fewer lines, crowds and traffic. Because food trucks do not deliver “fast food” but rather “custom-made food” sometimes lines are an issue. By moving to two days in many markets we can solve that and make your time with us much more enjoyable.

2020 Food Truck & Craft Beer Festival Schedule

Panama City Beach Food Truck & Craft Beer Festival

This year we are also introducing the “Best Thing I Ate” contest, which will allow you to vote for your favorite food truck and write in your favorite food/menu item.  We will pick one voter at each festival to receive an FTFA “Merch Pack” which includes an FTFA picnic blanket, koozie, hat and “foodie official” t-shirt. So voting automatically enters you to win.  The winning truck receives bragging rights and jealous side glances from the other trucks.

As always, first responders and active/retired military receive free admission at our festivals as do kids 12 and under.

The great food trucks and craft brewers we work with are psyched for 2020 and ready to have fun. We are too! See you soon and happy holidays!
